On June 19th, 2013, the Collage of Harbour, Coastal and Offshore Engineering held the graduation ceremony for 2009’ students. Firstly, the graduates read out the Oath. The second part of the ceremony was the speech given by the Dean, Zheng Jinhai. The graduates shared their experiences in the collage in the past four years after receiving the graduation certificate. The ceremony finally ended and it symbolized that a group of professional engineers is ready to start helping people in China.
